Cassiobury Park - 16.11.09
First bird of the day was a Mute Swan flying NE over the council yard. Very unusual away from the river. Other sightings were a Lesser Redpoll, 7 Ring-Necked Parakeets, 59 Redwings and 3 Grey Wagtails.
Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001. I've recently taken up Mothing so there maybe some photos of a different kind of flying thing on here from time to time!
