Halsey Fields - 4.5.20
As I was up early and had time to kill as the roads were so quiet I headed up to Halsey Fields to try and tick Willow Warbler for the year. I was successful straight away with 2 singing males.
Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001. I've recently taken up Mothing so there maybe some photos of a different kind of flying thing on here from time to time!
