Oxhey - 9.12.13

Up at the Oxhey depot 3 Cormorant flew over and 5 Green Woodpecker flew up from various fields and into the same tree.

Ian: Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001. I've recently taken up Mothing so there maybe some photos of a different kind of flying thing on here from time to time!
