Cassiobury Park - 11.9.12

A small charm of 25 Goldfinch flew over the paddling pools and 6 Swallows headed South for the winter mid morning.

Ian: Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001.
