The day started off with 13 Magpies around the paddling pools and 2 juv LBB Gulls in the pools itself. 7 Herring Gulls flew over the yard including 2 juvs.

- Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001.
