Watford - 30.9.09

Another day of removing bedding plants around Watford but nothing more exciting than a Great-Spotted Woodpecker and 2-300+ Starlings!

Later at Hilfiled Reservoir 15 Meadow Pipits over.

Ian: Born and bred in Watford,Herts, I started birding when I was just 8 years old. I first went to the Watford RSPB group at 15 and then I joined the Herts Bird Club in the same year. I was on the Herts Bird Club committee for 3 years and started twitching in 2001.
